Pillar Two builds on the addition of fruits and vegetables by adding a protein target to the diet.  

​Again, we are adding, not restricting.

Sometimes the additions of minimally processed, nutrient dense foods are enough to help you meet your health, weight, or fitness goals.  â€‹

 

However, calories still matter.  

 

The final pillar is an in-depth look at your total diet and how different food choices affect your goals.
