Pillar One measures the quality of the diet.

80% of us don't eat enough fruit. 90% of us don't eat enough vegetables.
Let's start by adding 800 grams (about 6 cups) of the fruits and vegetables you like. Continue to eat whatever else you want. Simple!


Pillar Two:
Lazy Macros®
Pillar Two builds on the addition of fruits and vegetables by adding a protein target to the diet.
Protein is lacking in most diets but is important for health, weight, and fitness goals.
​Again, we are adding, not restricting.​ Additions of fruits, vegetables, and protein can squeeze out some of the foods we tend to overeat.
Pillar Three:

Sometimes the additions of minimally processed, nutrient dense foods are enough to help you meet your health, weight, or fitness goals. ​
However, calories still matter.
The final pillar is an in-depth look at your total diet and how different food choices affect your goals.
