Pillar One measures the quality of the diet.
How can we easily measure quality?
With fruits and vegetables!
80% of us don't eat enough fruit. 90% of us don't eat enough vegetables.
Let's start by adding 800 grams (about 6 cups) of the fruits and vegetables you like. Continue to eat whatever else you want. Simple!


Pillar Two:
Lazy Macros®
Pillar Two builds on the addition of fruits and vegetables by adding a protein target to the diet.
Protein is lacking in most diets but is important for health, weight, and fitness goals.
Again, we are adding, not restricting. Additions of fruits, vegetables, and protein can squeeze out some of the foods we tend to overeat.
Pillar Three:

Sometimes the additions of minimally processed, nutrient dense foods are enough to help you meet your health, weight, or fitness goals.
However, calories still matter.
The final pillar is an in-depth look at your total diet and how different food choices affect your goals.
